Why »Bridging the differences«?
Differences are what makes us unique and beautiful. In my experience, companies often see individuality and being different as a defect. Hence, employees seek for an ideal picture of themselves and an ideal career. Though they forget who they really are, what is touching them and what is calling them. This can lead to demotivation in their work, loosing their sense of purpose and frustration leading to burnout.
My work through coaching, training, assessments and team building helps the clients to detect their uniqueness, to support and foster it in order to get the best out of themselves. The result is a win-win-situation: the employees are more connected to themselves, hence more internally motivated and will have more fun in their job. Thanks to intrinsic motivation, the employees experience higher self-efficacy and as a result their performance is increased and therefore benefitting the company.

What’s it about? It’s about detecting one’s own uniqueness, to appreciate it and to integrate this strength into daily work. When we are running after an ideal picture of ourselves, this vision rarely has something in common with our values or our personality. Thus leading to an even greater distance from ourselves. This again, leads to searching for even more external references. The focus is not on strengths and the performance is reduced.
My work is to detect and target with the clients their own uniqueness and for them to valorise it. It’s about building a bridge between their own self image and the truth of who they are. This is achieved in three steps: From detecting their true strengths (which are often very different to what they imagine) to fostering it and to finally use it. To live one’s uniqueness is not about selfishly living, it is about being more self-motivated, engaged and having more fun at work. Higher satisfaction leads to higher motivation and higher performance. Thereby, the employee and the company benefit all-round.

What’s it about? It’s about getting to know the person entirely and to clarify if and where the individual fits into the company. Humans are more than their résumé and their intelligence. Assessments allow us to discover the strengths and weaknesses of an individual and how they could develop within the company as it is important to get to know them profoundly.
Fundamentally for me it is essential to give all necessary support to the person during the assessment for them to be authentic. Only if people fit with their motivation, their values and with their way of working for the company, they will stay intrinsically motivated, mentally healthy and will be a longterm benefit for the company.

»Bridging the differences between the diversity of people«
What’s it about? It’s about discovering the uniqueness of each person and to develop understanding instead of judging. To value diversity and to use the variety within the team. This is especially true in intercultural teams. It can be challenging to develop curiosity towards the unknown instead of judging it as ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’.
This requires courage to look honestly at themselves and to put their own (personal and cultural) values along side the values of their colleagues rather than above. This honesty and openness is the basis for transforming professional relationships into human encounters. This is the pre-condition for unfolding potential.

About
I am an international psychologist, trainer and executive coach. I support multinational companies in bridging and enhancing their differences. My particular strength in addition to my international experience and various accreditations is to touch the person I work with by creating and maintaining an open, trustful and authentic communication and helping the person to be in contact with him/herself.
My broad experience ranges from psychological supervising of large change processes up to executive coaching. In the center of my work is always the human encounter with the client. The person-centred approach, my curiosity, flexibility and multilingualism enable me to work in different fields of activities and countries: e.g. as lecturer in Business Schools in France, with managers in the telecommunication industry in Germany, with engineers in Spain or in the field of insurance in Switzerland.
As well as a diploma in psychology, I have also graduated in Systemic Organisational Development, Internal Process Consulting and Executive Coaching. More recently, I achieved additional accreditations like REISS-Profile, MBTI, FIRO-B and Hogan. To complement my business psychological profession, I am currently studying for the psychotherapeutic (psychodynamic) accreditation in ZIST, Germany. I work in English, French and German and I speak Spanish.
